Alzheimer's Support Group Meeting
The third Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am our Caregivers' Support Meeting is hosted by Nicole Hardy-Pagels, Executive Director here at Riverview Adult Day Health Center. You will join with other caregivers and family members to confidentially discuss the issues related to diagnosis, treatment and care of your loved one and yourself.
Free care for your loved is available during the meeting by the caring staff at Riverview ADHC. Please contact the Executive Director at 574-293-6886 to arrange for care at least one week in advance.
